RAC/LouisianaView attends AmericaView Annual Meeting in Virginia
The 2024 AmericaView annual conference, hosted by Virginia Tech, was in Blacksburg, Va on April 22-23, 2024
LouisianaView worked with organizations across the state involved in geographic data development and usage.
These special meetings included:
1. New Orleans, regarding the impact of the BP oil spill on the gulf coast region,
2. Baton Rouge and Lake Charles to work with the Southwest Coastal Study Taskforce,
3. New Orleans and Baton Rouge for meetings with the State Remote Sensing and GIS Committee.
