International Charter

The International Charter is an agreement between all nations stating that, in the event of a disaster that affects the human population, everyone’s satellites will be available.

Our director, Rodney B. Yantis, is the program manager and charged with “activating” the charter should our region need the assistance.

August 14, 2016 - Flood in the United States

May 31, 2016 - Flood in the United States

March 12, 2016 - Flood in the United States

April 22, 2010 - Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico

September 12, 2008 - Hurricane in Texas, United States (Hurricane Ike)

September 2, 2008 - Hurricane in Louisiana, USA (Hurricane Gustav)

September 2, 2005 - Hurricane, Floods in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama (Hurricane Katrina aftermath)

August 31, 2005 - Hurricane, Floods in Louisiana (Hurricane Katrina - New Orleans, LA submerged)

August 27, 2005 - Hurricane, floods in southern Florida, Gulf Coast, Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi  (Hurricane Katrina)
